MarketingMemory AI is an AI marketing agency platform: organizations add their brands, and a team of AI specialists prepares strategy, content, SEO and analytics work for them. This policy explains what data MarketingMemory AI handles, why, and the choices you have.

Data we collect

  • Account data: your name, email address and the organization you belong to, so you can sign in and work with your team.
  • Brand and task data: the brand details, briefs, files, images and feedback you add, and the content the AI team produces for you.
  • Connected account data: when an administrator connects a service (such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, X, Instagram, Facebook, Buffer or Canva), the access tokens that service issues and the data needed for the task you request.
  • Technical data: logs of requests and errors, kept to run, secure and fix the service.

Google user data

If you connect a Google account, MarketingMemory AI requests read-only access to Google Analytics (analytics.readonly) and/or Google Search Console (webmasters.readonly), plus your email address to show which account is connected.

This data is used only to show reports and analyses inside MarketingMemory AI for the brand you connected it to: traffic, channel, page, query and search performance figures for the period you choose. MarketingMemory AI never changes anything in your Google accounts.

MarketingMemory AI’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Google user data is not sold, not used for advertising, not used to train AI models, and not shared with anyone except as needed to provide the feature you asked for (for example, sending report figures to the AI provider that writes your analysis), to comply with the law, or to keep the service secure.

No person reads your Google data unless you ask us to for support, it is needed for security or to comply with the law.

How we use data

  • To provide the service: run the tasks you give, produce reports, and publish or schedule content when you ask.
  • To keep the service secure and working, and to fix problems.
  • To track usage and costs for your organization’s plan.

Service providers

MarketingMemory AI runs on Google Cloud (Cloud Run and Cloud Storage, in the europe-west1 region). To do the work you ask for, the relevant parts of your briefs and data are sent to AI model providers chosen in your settings (such as Anthropic, OpenAI, Google Gemini or xAI), and to the services you connect or use (for example Buffer, X, Meta, Canva, DataForSEO or Google PageSpeed Insights). These providers process the data under their own terms and only to provide their service.

Storage and retention

Data is stored on Google Cloud and kept while your organization’s account is active. Deleting a brand deletes its data and revokes its connected accounts; you can ask us to delete your organization’s data at any time.

Access tokens are stored only on the server and are never sent to your browser.

Your choices

  • Disconnect any connected account from the brand page; this also revokes MarketingMemory AI’s access on that service.
  • Remove MarketingMemory AI’s access to your Google account at any time at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions.
  • Ask for a copy of your data, or for it to be corrected or deleted.

Security

Access is limited to signed-in members of your organization, connection requests are single-use and protected with PKCE, and data is encrypted in transit and at rest by Google Cloud.

Changes

We may update this policy. The date above shows the latest version; significant changes are announced in the app.
